Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi around a decade agorecreated the history with his serial “Chanakya”. And now he is back toentertain the audience in his new dual avatar of writer –director with his newventure “Upanishad Ganga”
This mythical serial, “Upanishad Ganga” will once again remold the myths and audience psyche.It will greet the audience with old stories packaged in a modern way and yetwill maintain the traditional flavors. It will challenge the ancient thoughtsin an ancient way. And once again the history will be retold.
Apart from the world of smallscreen, Chandraprakash Dwivedi who has directed Pinjar will be soon coming witha film “Mohalla Assi” starring Kahani Ghar Ghar ki fame Sakshi Tanwar and SunnyDeol.
The serial “Upanishad Ganga”which is produced by Chinmaya Mission will be 52 episodes long and will bringout the essence of the Upanishadic teachings. The serial will stars Bollywoodactor Abhimanyu Singh,K K Raina,Rushad Rana,Vrijesh Hirjee, Sai Deodhar,MonaAmbegaonkar etc. It will be aired on Doordarshan from 11TH March from10 to 10.30 AM.
