A colorful Saturday at HINDU SPIRITUAL AND SERVICE FAIR 2016
Saturday 13 February 2016 was full of different activities as the ‘HINDU SPIRITUAL AND SERVICE FAIR’ 2016, initiated by S. Gurumurthy. While ‘DAY 1’ saw many celebrities from different walks of life getting enlightened about the extent and magnitude of charity work Hindu Temples, Trusts and Organization, ‘DAY 2’ witnessed Musical show on Kanyavandan-Guruvandan and enlightenment by Pujya Sadhvi Suhridyaji of Vatslya Gram, Vrindavan and Rajeshwari Modi JI of Narayani Reiki sect. Madhur Bhandarkar stressed on the need to be humane and maintain connectivity with one’s roots. He also stressed on the importance of women in a society to maintain its balance and goodness. Secular in its approach towards charity, HSSF had talk on maintaining the ecological balance and environment by Sri Dilawar of Nature For Ever. He advised one and all to plant Indian trees because they are meant to be grown in the climate and are a major source of life and survival for birds and some animals. Entire day had activities by girls and college students. Special activity of the evening was enlightenment on Swami Vivekanand ji by Avdhootanand Maharaj ji.
Says S, Gurumurthy, “The HINDU SPIRITUAL & SERVICES FAIR is the effort to show various kind of Charitable works by Hindu Temples, Trusts and Organization which is remarkable and commendable, but still lot has to be done. The society and such organization will get a better feeling about the work done and through this fair we will be encouraging to do far more work in the coming time.”
This fair will go on till Sunday 14 February.
