ZEAL CELEBRATIONS- VISTAS!! SIES(Nerul) College of Arts, Science & Commerce

SIES Junior College of Commerce Nerul, organized its 8th Annual Department Festival ZEAL under two attractive and exciting events – Intercollegiate Quiz competition Brainstorm and Intra collegiate Dance competition Potenzia on 3rd December 2022.
This Event was organised by the students under the guidance of faculties of Junior college. The Festival was inaugurated by the Principal of SIES Dr. Koel Roy Choudhury who welcomed all the participants and encouraged them to do their best. Brainstorm, was a quiz competition with questions ranging from history to current affairs, political science to sports and much more.
Over 24 colleges and 38 teams from various colleges around Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Raigad participated in the quiz competition to equip themselves with knowledge, eager to win the trophy for their respective colleges. The event was conducted by Quizmaster Aakash Sharma, a learned and proud alumni of SIES College. The semi finals consisted of 4 teams followed by the finals between top two teams.
The Quiz competition was followed by the cultural programme Potenzia, consisting of folk dances representing different regions of our country to showcase student’s talent.
This colourful and highly engaging event of this scale was possible only because of the preparation and passion of the teams and generous contribution by our Sponsors.
