What’s cooking Arjun ?
Arjun Kapoor who is a huge foodie with Lebanese being one of his favorite cuisines, chose to cook his favorite Lebanese dish for a scene R.Balki’s Ki And Ka.The actor even requested the chef of his favorite Lebanese restaurant at the Taj to come to the sets and teach him how to prepare it.
Since several scenes were shot capturing Arjun cook at different stages of the dish, the actor actually cooked the delicacy which the rest of the cast and crew feasted on once the scene was successfully shot. Arjun cooked a dish called 7 spice Arabic chicken ,his favorite Lebanese dish.
Says a source, “Everyone on the sets loved it and were literally fighting over it.The make shift kitchen set was a fully functional one and Arjun had a blast trying his hand at cooking”.
Ki and Ka,directed by R.Balki stars Arjun Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swaroop Sampat among others and is scheduled to release April 1st,2016.With music by the legendary Ilayaraja and additional songs by Mithoon and Meet Bros, Ki And Ka, also stars superstars Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan in guest appearances.
