WESTLAND LTD CELEBRATES THE LAUNCH OF RAJIV G. MENON’S ‘THUNDERGOD: THE ASCENDANCE OF INDRA’
New Delhi, Westland Ltd celebrated the launch of Rajeev G.Menon’s literary debut ‘Thundergod- The Ascendance of Indra’. The event was well attended by prominent Bollywood and TV personalities and actor and V.J. Gaurav Kapur was the host for the evening. Gracing the occasion were actor Kunal Kapoor, Purab Kohli ,V.J. Cyrus Sahukar , V.J. Yudi and Vineet Wadhwa owner of Fio. The book is the first part of a 3 series saga and is already getting great literary reviews.
A voracious reader since childhood, Rajeev was always mesmerized by stories and characters from Indian, Greek and Norse mythology ‘Thundergod ‘was born as a result of that fascination. Before setting out on a writing career, Rajiv G.Menon was an actor, occasional screenwriter, traveler and beach bum. He has appeared in Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi films in leading and supporting roles. He also wrote the screenplay for many Hindi films like Woodstock Villa and Soundtrack. He is the nephew of noted producer Suresh Menon.
