UNIVERSAL MUSIC INDIA SIGNS ON ACCOMPLISHED SINGER-COMPOSER MUSTAFA ZAHID
Leading music label, Universal Music India today announced the latest artist to join their already impressive roster of musicans. Mustafa Zahid known for his song ‘Bhula Dena Mujhe’from Aashiqui 2,has recently been signed on by the music label eclusively for all live shows in India as well as his upcoming album which is set to be released later this year.
The Pakistani Rock artist has seen a fair share of success since he burst onto the music scene in 2006 with his hit single “Tera Mera Rishta”.He broke into Bollywood in 2007 and has since successfully sung for various films such as Murder 3, Action Replay, Shootout at Wadala, Ashiqui 2 to name a few.
Speaking on the occasion, Mustafa Zahid said, “I’m very excited to be signed onto Universal Music, one of the leading labels across the world. I’m sure that this association is going to be very succesful and I look forward to working with them.”

Mustafa is also the band leader and the lead vocalist of Roxen, an all out rock band which he formed with some of his friends in 2004. He first gained recognition for his work in the movie Awarapan in which he composed two of the film’s most popular songs.
