Twilight Saga fame Stephenie Meyer’s ‘The Host’ releases Melanie

Hollywood movies goers are in for an electrifying January, as PVR Pictures releases a character poster of their upcoming movie ‘The Host’. The movie will be released on 29th March 2013.
Directed by Andrew Niccol, the movie is based on a book written by Stephenie Meyer of the Twilight Saga fame. The movie stars Saoirse Ronan who plays Melanie Stryder. The colour scheme used in the poster helps Melanie Stryder stand out. The Sci-Fi thriller revolves around a journey of the lead character whose body is injected with a parasitic alien soul. The film takes a twist when Melanie Stryder bonds with her host and sets out to aid other free humans instead of carrying out her race’s mission of taking over the Earth.
