TIMEX Timer & BMW X6, the Lead Car for TCS World 10K Bangalore 2013 launched at Get Active Expo
The Get Active Expo for the TCS World 10K Bangalore 2013 was inaugurated at the Koramangala Indoor Stadium on Friday, May 10 by Kannada film stars Pooja Gandhi and Srinagar Kitty. Also present at the occasion were Dr. Hamid Haqparwar-Director Sales Channel Development, BMW India & Dilip Jayaram, CEO of Procam International & P N Sankaran, Director-Operation, Procam International, the promoters of the TCS World 10K Bangalore.
The Get Active Expo is organised and marketed by Radio Mirchi Activations from May 10 to 12 and is a unique opportunity for health, fitness and wellbeing enthusiasts to come together under one roof. The Expo will be on between 11.00 am to 7.00 pm on all the three days and will also be the venue for all confirmed participants from Bengaluru and its suburbs to come and collect their running numbers along with the runner kits. Outstation runners can collect their running numbers and runner kits on May 26 between 11.00 am and 7.00 pm at the Koramangala Indoor Stadium.
The occasion was also used by global watch major Timex, the Timing Partner, and BMW, the Official Car of the event, to unveil the lead car and timer for the TCS World 10K Bangalore. The lead car and timer was unveiled by Dr. Hamid Haqparwar – Director Sales Channel Development, BMW India along with Pooja Gandhi & Srinagar Kitty.
The TCS World 10K Bangalore is one the three international distance running events promoted by Procam International, where Timex is the Official Timing Partner, and BMW, the Official Car, the other two being the Airtel Delhi Half Marathon and the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon.
