The expressions ofhands, their gestures and textures have always fascinated artist Vishwa Sahni. Whether it be themother-child bond, a handshake or simply a gesture, the hand truly rules theworld,. Hands make, break and support verbal expressions, thoughtsand feelings, while the fingers bring to life thoughts. Vishwa Sahni uses these veryhands with the striking colours of Red and Black to portray life’s delicatemoments, harshness and bitter truths. While the colour Red signifiesdetermination, will power, love and auspiciousness, Black signifies thestrength of background.
