Sonam Kapoor’s trainer to travel with her to Cannes !

It’s that time of the year again when Sonam Kapoor gears up to steal the show at the Cannes Film Festival .  The actress who recently enrolled for the detox programme at the Viva Mayr Spa in Austria with her family , took up Aerial Yoga in a way and ever since has been making her fitness regime her top priority.

Sources now reveal that Sonam will be taking her trainer with her to Cannes , so as to ensure she doesn’t miss out on a day of training. Her trainer Radhika Karle will also close keep a close eye on what Sonam Kapoor will be eating while at the French Riviera.

Adds the source, “Sonam’s fitness regime includes a combination of pilates and aerial yoga which she prefers to do under supervision .Her trainer Radhika will travel with her to Cannes as well so that she doesn’t miss out on her workouts.She has become really disciplined about her fitness regime”.
