Sonam Kapoor adopts a new fitness regime.
Sonam Kapoor who only recently recovered from a bout of Swine Flu ,is back to work and has started shooting for Sooraj Barjatya’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo – Despite being on her way to recovery, Sonam has not let that come in the way of her fitness regime, to maintain the same form she has for the rest of the film’s schedule.
Sources close to the actress reveal that though Sonam has started working out and is on a strict yet nourishing diet, she has taken up to yoga and basic cardio exercises like walking and jogging as the doctors have advised her not to over exert herself.
Says a source, “Sonam wanted to immediately dive into her fitness regime which also included weights but the doctors have asked her to avoid it or stick to basic exercises that do not exert her body as she is just recovering from swine flu. Sonam who has previous done hot yoga is well versed with the basics and is practicing yoga and basic cardio exercises whenever time permits”.
