SHAHID GOES BACK TO DANCE CLASS!
Shiamak Davar’s students at his academy in town were in for a starry surprise as ex student Shahid Kapur made a surprise visit. Shahid came to drop his younger brother who is a part of Shiamak’s special potential batch, a place where Shahid himself started from years back. All students were glad to see the Bollywood star and got some interesting tips for the ace dancer.
‘I’m coming to dance class again after almost twelve year and the amazing part is that everything is the same, the instructors, the students and the energy. Whatever dancing i’ve learnt is largely because of Shiamak and SDIPA. The institute has grown to be bigger, larger and better just like Shiamak himself has! It was a spontaneous decision to come here today to drop Ishaan and I’m so happy I did!’ said Shiamak.
Shahid stayed back to watch the dance routines as the students are preparing for a show next week in which his brother is also performing. Spending over an hour dancing with the kids and clicking photos, Shahid slipped back into his dancing shoes with complete ease.
Shiamak was extremely touched by Shahid’s gesture and said ‘It always humbles me that even after becoming such a big star Shahid still gives back to the dance school and has such respect for it. This just goes to show how good a human he still is. For me, this is what makes Shahid so special.’
