SALMAN GIVES A THUMBS UP TO UNDERGROUND FILM’S MARATHI REMAKE OF NO ENTRY
Salman Khan in a recent report has praised the film and given thumbs up to the Underground Film’s Marathi remake of NO ENRTY. When asked about his views regarding the film being made in Marathi, without hesitation he replies, “Ekdum mast film banegi”. He adds, “Maharashtrian logon ka humour toh mast hota hain. The Marathi actors will definitely do justice to the bold script that this film demands.”
Ankush Chaudhari, who plays Salman’s role in the film, has big shoes to fill. He shoulders more responsibility than Salman did, as he also dons the hat of director. When asked about it, he is quick to retort, “I heard about Salmanji’s comments in a recent news article. It’s a tremendous morale booster for me. I am confident that I have not disappointed Salmanji or Aneez Bazme.” He adds, “I was blessed with an unbelievable team to work with. We sailed through the film making without hitches. My friend Bharat Jadhav and all my other co-stars and crew have been so supportive. With so much support and encouragement, it has been such a pleasure doing this film and I’m sure this movie has the makings of being a blockbuster. Now it’s left to the audience to watch and enjoy the movie, which I had so much fun making”.
Ankush Chaudhari is a well acclaimed Marathi actor and has done lots of films in Marathi and a few in Hindi as well. This was not Ankush’s first stint as director. He has been an associate director on films such as ‘Agabai Arechhya’ and ‘Jatra’. He has also independently directed the film ‘Saade Maade Teen.’
NO ENTRY PUDHE DHOKA AAHEY is a family entertainer which is the remake of Boney Kapoor’s block buster hit NO ENTRY directed by Anees Bazmee, attempts to lure Marathi film audience back to the cinemas by giving them paisa vasool entertainment. The film was a super hit in Tamil, Telegu & Malyalam languages as well. This extravagant big budgeted film shot at exotic and rich locations in Goa and Mumbai is directed by ANKUSH CHAUDHARI and produced by PREMNATH RAJAGOPALAN & NIKHIL SAINI under their banner UNDERGROUND FILMS PVT. LTD. The cast includes names such as the super talented Bharat Jadhav, Aniket Vishwas Rao role, Pandrinath Kamble, beautiful Saie Tamhankar, Kranti Redkar, Manava Naik and Sai Lokur.
The crème de la cream of Bollywood playback singers Sonu Nigam, Anu Malik, Sunidhu Chauhan, Sajid Wajid, Jahnvi and Swapnil have collaborated to do the music for this film have come together and done the music written by lyricist Guru (Gurunath) Thakur and composed by Nakaash and Sargam. Sonu Nigam greatly wanted to be a part of these song compilations, that even though he was not in India at the time of recording, he recorded his parts in the US and sent them over here.
