The legendary MF Husain’s Grandson Salamat Husain’s Photography Exhibition – ’25 kilos’ ,  His first and solo photography exhibition at Gallery 7, Kala Ghoda was attended by the who’s who of Mumbai! Brinda Miller, Prabhakar Kolte, Bharat Dabolkar, Ashwin Gidwani, reshma Bombaywala, Rouble Nagi, ceylan orisen and many more!


Gallery 7 and The Turkish Consulate’s photography exhibition by the grandson of the legendary M. F. Husain, Salamat Husain was one glitzy affair!  Titled as 25 Kilos and showcasing on a balmy Thursday evening, 5th June, 2014 at Gallery 7, Kala Ghoda, this art do was attended by the who’s who of Mumbai!

 

Speaking on his first solo show, the charming and very cute Salamat affirmed that “My first recollection of an image was in the arms of my mother and father which then grew to a collection of snapshots of cities, school, holidays and further education to my final college “Artistic Photography”. The montage of my journey linked the greatest cities of the world, Mumbai, Dubai, London, New York, Singapore, Turkey to deliver my talent to you.”
