Director Rajiv Ruia’s Zindagi 50/50 actors had a great time with band, baaja and dhol at Film city where they were shooting for a song sequence.
Rajpal kept everyone in splits with his antics, and fitness-conscious Rajan Verma even made the director lose calories by joining in the fun and dance routine. Sabina Khan, the choreographer along with Rajiv Ruia made sure the actors enjoyed themselves thoroughly so that it reflected in their mood. “This ia fun, joy and happy sequence,” elaborated director Rajiv Ruia, “and I wanted to see to it that everyone lets his hair down, literally.”
Rajpal Yadav was quick to confess that he was always game for fun, while Rajan made everyone dance to his tunes including composer Vivek Kar. Supriya and Riya bonded over chai, and the camaraderie was evident in the scenes.
No wonder Rajiv Ruia is directing four films. It is his tuning with the actors and his ability to extract performances that works on-screen wonders for him!
