Living up to its promise of honouring the best from the real estate sector, Realty Plus, the leading real estate magazine published from the exchange4media group, announced the winners of ‘Realty Plus Excellence Awards (RPEA) 2012’ for the West zone at Tote on the Turf, Mahalaxmi Race Course, Mumbai on Friday evening. Aimed at recognising true excellence attained by real estate projects and developers in Western India, the momentous occasion brought together who’s who of real estate business, opinion leaders, dignitaries and other stakeholders which included legendary cine star Jeetendra as the Chief Guest and Markand Adhikari, Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network as the Guest of Honour.
The Awards were conducted in the city of Mumbai as part of the calendar of holding the fourth edition of Realty Plus Excellence Awards across three zones, namely South, West and North regions. The Mumbai event will be followed by a similar celebration — ‘Realty Plus Excellence Awards’ (North) in New Delhi on 21st March 2012.
The RPEA 2012-Mumbai were kick-started with a power-packed panel discussion moderated by Kapil Mohan Dhingra, Founder-Director, Realty Plus on the theme, ‘Luxury Real Estate’ which saw the participation of prominent CEOs & directors of real estate companies of western India. The eminent speakers at the brainstorming session included Lakshman Bhagtani, chairman, Jaycee Homes, Vikas Arora, director, Runwal Group, Shailesh Sanghvi, MD, Sanghvi Group, Neeraj Gulati, MD, Assotech Realty, and Vinod Behl, editor, Realty Plus, amongst others.
