In fact, he was even felicitated last year by the Honorable C.M. of Maharashtra Shri Prithviraj Chavan for my special songs against Female Foeticide.
This song & a special A.V. on it was also an integral part of the recent event “Save & Empower the Girl Child” held at J.W. Marriott, co-ordinated & anchored by actress Poonam Dhillon, where Kajol was the chief guest, as she is a Brand Ambassador for the cause.
Rahul has also played a major part in the Global Movement – “World March for Peace & Non Violence” spanning across 90 countries, for which I created a special Anthem for World Peace titled ” We’re Together” , dedicated to His Holiness The Dalai Lama, which is backed by the United Nations ( UNFFT ) & has been played in over 30 countries, with The Dalai Lama himself having a copy of it.
Rahul – A multi faceted creative personality – Was born in Lucknow-India & spent his initial childhood in Zambia, Africa.
Rahul has a rich Literary & Artistic Lineage.
He happens to be the nephew of Internationally acclaimed author Vikram Seth.
He is also the Grandson of “Majnu” a Veteran Actor / Director of Hindi / Punjabi films.
Rahul has given Music, Lyrics & vocals for Hit Film “Yamla, Pagla, Deewana” Starring Dharmendra, Sunny & Bobby Deol. Directed by Samir Karnik.
The Music was launched by Shri. Amitabh Bachchan.
Rahul recently created a song titled “IPL ka Rang Jamega” for a special T.V. Show on Aaj Tak for IPL season 5, and performed it live along with Cricket Legend Kapil Dev, & 5 Bollywood Glam Girls
Rahul also wrote the Song Anthem for “LAVASSA WOMEN’S DRIVE 2011” sung by Shibani Kashyap.
Rahul was felicitated by the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Sri Prithviraj Chavan for his special songs for a campaign against Female Foeticide.
Rahul wrote, sang & produced a Tribal fusion track for Indo-South African friendship for the T20 cricket match in South Africa.
The choreography on it was by Shiamak Davar with an electrifying performance by Shahrukh Khan. He also created a special SRK Brand song titled “My Name is Khan” for an act by Shahrukh Khan.
Rahul has done lyrical collaboration with International R&B Star AKON on his Peace Album.
Rahul has recently also Lyrically collaborated with singer Sonu Nigam, Sri Lankan Pop Star Dushyanth Weeraman & Aadesh Srivastava on a song titled “Just The Fact” for an album slated for a worldwide release.
There are also collaborations with International Artistes like Samantha Coe-U.K., Australians Zenya Bashford and Jemaima Gillam and others.
Rahul has also given Music & Lyrics for :
Film “Vaada Raha” by Eros International, Directed by Samir Karnik, starring Bobby Deol & Kangana Ranaut. The film was showcased at the “Norway Film Festival” in August 2009.

Rahul is also the voice of Hollywood Superstar WILL SMITH in the hindi version of “I Am Legend”.
And the voice of “Aaron Eckhart – (Harvey 2 Face)” in the hindi version of Oscar winningBATMAN – The Dark Knight !
Was also the voice of Tamil Actor Prashanth ( double role) for the Hindi version of his filmJEANS co starring Aishwarya Rai, directed by Shankar & music by A.R. Rahman.
