Washington DC –     It was announced today that English Short Film “PUBLIC RELATIONS” has been nominated for 3 WMIFF Awards. The categories are:  Best Supporting Actor – OMI VAIDYA;  Best Actor – TOM TOMLINSON; and Best Director – MANAN SINGH KATOHORA 

Founded by June Daguiso, WMIFF is an IMDB qualifying international film festival held annually in Washington D.C the third week of August. WMIFF is proud to showcase and recognize all global independent artists. WMIFF is established to celebrate and provide a platform of achievements for international cinema artists. Director’s Statement ::  “Several disturbing incidents happened in 2012 :: mass shooting in Aurora, Colorado; Chick‐fil‐A  same-sex marriage controversy and other incidents. These events and controversies, made me  wonder the world we live in. Inspired, I wrote this story. I don’t have the solution, but I just want   that the discussion, the dialogue shouldn’t perhaps someday, we will have a solution” – Manan Singh Katohora
