Meeruthiya Gangsters make it home on time for Raksha Bandhan!

The Meeruthiya Gangsters’ team who have been on the road for the past 10 days are finally back home after promoting their film in different cities! The team – producer Shoeb Ahmed, director Zeishan Quadri and their gang of actors including leads Jaideep Ahlawat and Aakash Dahiya – who were busy doing the city rounds for their upcoming quirky gangster film made sure that they made it home on time for Raksha Bandhan, so they can celebrate the special day with their sisters. Shoeb Ahmed shares that the city visits were planned keeping this in mind. “The team wanted to celebrate the day at home with their loved ones and we all agreed, as we know how special the day is for any brother!” The team in the past 10 days visited Haryana, Jaipur, Varanasi, Kanpur, Chandigarh, Lucknow… and are thrilled with the response they have been getting in all the places. Jaideep shares excitedly, “It was amazing to see the crowds cheer us on and call us by our screen names. That I think made us happier, that they remembered the names even though they have only seen the trailers so far! I think we are the only gangsters to have found so much love with the audiences.”
