L’Oréal Paris ambassadors shine on the red carpet on Day 1 of Festival de Cannes 2016!
The world witnessed old school Hollywood glamour at the opening night of Cannes Film Festival. Notable L’Oréal Paris ambassadors Blake Lively, Julianne Moore, Naomi Watts, Susan Sarandon, Leila Bekhti, Gong Li, Eva Longoria, Doutzen Kroes, Araya Hargate, Li Bingbing and Bianca Balti made a grand entry on the glorious red carpet.
Bringing alive the bold colors of Infallible make-up range, Eva Longoria and Blake Lively dazzled on the red carpet with their ultra-chic looks. Eva went in for makeup designer looks with a trendy gold foil eye shadow look that complimented her Pamella Rolland gold and white ensemble. Keeping her lips glossy nude, she softly pinned her hair. Whereas Blake wore a shimmering, nude cutout Versace gown with her gorgeous blonde locks down and parted to the side in big, loose waves. She topped off the look with her signature lip color from La Vie En Rose collection and several diamond rings.
Black dominated the red carpet as Susan Sarandon, Julianne Moore, Doutzen Kroes and Leila Bekhti chose to keep it classy. While Julianne opted for a shimmering lace gown by Givenchy, pairing it aptly with her signature shade from La Vie En Rose collection and slicked back hair, Susan oozed sophistication in a suit, modest black flats and a pair of huge black movie-star shades.
She injected a splash of color with a vibrant red lipstick which worked well with her distinctive copper tresses. On the other hand, Doutzen rocked the red carpet in a Brandon Maxewell dress with Salvatore Ferragamo pumps and subtle nude make up that complimented her glowing skin and Leila Bekhti drew attention in off-shoulder slick back hair and nude lips.
Ruling the red carpet in blue were Naomi Watts in Armani Prive gown and Giuseppe Zanotti heels and Bianca Balti in light blue silk Alberta Ferretti bustier tier tulle gown and Chopard jewelry. While both opted for soft pink lips, Naomi chose to wear her hair in soft waves whereas Bianca loosely tied them with a middle parting.
Moreover, Araya Hargate, Li BingBing and Gong Li brought the drama to the red carpet. While Araya glided in a stunning blush pink silk organza strapless Ralph and Russo ball gown and Chopard jewels, Li Bing Bing wore a perfect combination of minimalist and maximalist in monochrome and a pleated train.
She completed the look with her hair tied in a chignon and plum lips. Gong Li wowed everyone in a lacy white kimonoesque gown, graphic winged eyes and glossy lips.
