Continuing the journey a new wellness film will now be launched under this division – Prenatal Yoga with Lara Dutta. The album was launched at Hotel Novotel Mumbai.

There was a void in the market for content on this subject and it was a logical step to bring forth the film. We are fortunate to have worked on this film with Lara who really believed in the concept and practiced Prenatal Yoga during her pregnancy.”
Lara has been an avid yoga practitioner for the last 10 years and being pregnant did not stop her from practising yoga. She conceived and developed this prenatal program along with prenatal yoga expert Tonia Clark. This will be her fourth film in the wellness category. Lara says “Yoga has always been an integral part of my life style. The benefits I have reaped from a constant practice have been invaluable to me. Being Pregnant and carrying a child is a blessing unique to woman kind and a mother instinctively wants the best for her child. I am delighted to share this very special routine and meditation practises with other expectant mothers and I’m sure just as I did, they too will thoroughly enjoy their time with their babies on their yoga mats”.
