Here’s how Hrithik Rohan made his fan’s day.
21 year old Kushal Paul from Kolkata who went on to win Sa Re Ga Ma Pa this year had expressed how big a fan of Hrithik Roshan he has been since childhood and how it is his dream to sing for Hrithik someday.
When Hrithik learnt about this, he got his team to fix up for them to meet. Hrithik called Kushal over on the sets of Kaabil and had a brief interaction with him in his vanity van between shoot.
The actor congratulated him on his win and told him how he has a lot of respect for people who sing and are so musically inclined. Hrithik shares, “Music runs in my family too. Personally, I have a lot of respect for people who sing and are musically inclined. I wish Kushal lots of luck for his future. It was lovely to meet him.”
Hrithik Roshan himself has music running in his blood. He comes from a musically inclined family. His grand father Roshanlal Nagrath was a well known music composer.
Kushal was so overwhelmed to meet him. He made him hear songs of Hrithik that he has sung in the competition. He has sang Bang bang title track and even Tu Meri.
“He is a such a talented man and so easy going. I have been a huge fan of his since childhood. I have watched all his films, my most favorite being Koi Mil Gaya. I fail to understand how such a man even exists; so talented, so warm, such a lovely person.” quipped the elated Kaushal
Another similarity that Hrithik shared with Kushal was that he is a 25% Bengali, which a lot of people don’t know about. His grandmom, who he was extremely close to was a Bengali.
Kushal was overwhelmed meeting Hrithik and just couldn’t contain his excitement. He was in total awe and amazed at the superstar’s warmth.
