GSEAMS (Global Sports Entertainment And Media Solutions Pvt Ltd) & Art And Artistes presents the first IMA Marathi Music Awards slated for telecast on Maharashtra’s leading Marathi GEC Star Pravah.
IMA (India Music Academy) which is a CSR initiative by Art And Artist with its legacy and deep rooted understanding of music and GSEAMS – with its expertise of conceptualizing and executing larger than life entertainment properties, come together to create this prestigious platform.
The first IMA Marathi Music Awards will be first of its kind music award in the celebrating excellence in Marathi music over the last 5 years with a rationale and unbiased approach and will then continue as an annual event each year. The Awards night will be held on 26th October at the prestigious Ravindra Natya Mandir with a glittering set of performances and never seen before acts, witnessed by the who’s who of the Marathi Entertainment Industry. Commenting on their Association Arjun Singgh Baran & Kartik Nishandar from GSEAMS said “ After executing more than 50 Award shows across the country in our previous organinsation, when we both started GSEAMS 6 months back & thought about creating our own Intellectual properties the first thought came to our mind is to explore Regional Music thus what better could we have asked but to partner with Durga Jasraj’s Art And Artistes & having a Marathi Music Awards which is getting telecasted on Maharashtra’s No. 1 channel Star Pravah, we would like to thank Jayesh Patil Programming Head, Star Pravah on the association and encouraging new & fresh content in the form of Music Awards .”
Further commenting on their Partnership Durga Jasraj added “ We at Art And Artistes believe in encouraging regional Music through our initiative IMA (Indian Music Academy) also we have known Arjun & Kartik personally and their work in the past. Thus when they approached us to create the Marathi Music Awards jointly we agreed considering there is a need to recognize & encourage talent in the region while creating fresher content which the Maharashtrian Target Audience believes in.”
