She has done it all right from setting the ramp on fire for ace designers to anchoring and producing Bollywood shows to writing on Bollywood celebrities, Prachi Sharma, the young producer and anchor from a renowned political background in U.P talks about her take on acting. “Acting is something I enjoy doing and as a trained actor, dancer I am looking for something substantial having worked in Ganesh Acharya’s Bollywood flick Angel was a great experience and a cameo role was a beginning but am focusing on my anchoring career as of now.” Currently being the face of Digicable Network, Prachi believes in producing the best Bollywood shows.Fashion and Bollywood are interrelated and so acting is something that is there at the back of her mind but is waiting for the best opportunity. She took up theater acting and did some plays in National school of Drama, One of them being “Doodh ka daam”.Ramp shows were just a start to enter the glam world and having worked with designers like Rohit Bal, Archana Kochar, Joy Mitra, Chirag Joshi, Neelu Oberoi to name a few Prachi took the next step and focused on Bollywood anchoring and is focusing fully on her Bollywood shows.”Cinema is changing and some great directors of our country are making it even better, With Bollywood shows I get the best cinema knowledge from ace directors which help me as an anchor/Producer and as an actor too. Currently, Prachi is the producer and anchor for Bollywood show called Weekend Bollywood where she covers all top stories happening in the Indian film Industry. “I am here to stay for long being connected to Bollywood through My Shows gives me immense happiness as we not only produce Trivia but also provide viewers with sensible cinema knowledge that lies with the best directors of the industry .
