COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT PUNE CITY CENTRE, celebrates ASSOCIATE APPRECIATION WEEK.
Each year Marriott marks the anniversary of its founding, by setting aside a week to express appreciation to our worldwide family of associates.
Building on Marriott’s enduring culture of recognition and pride, this special celebration pays tribute to all associates for their dedication, commitment and outstanding service.
This is an excellent platform to motivate, reward, recognize and retain talent in today’s cut throat competitive market. With the growing demand for skilled labor, attrition is one of the biggest challenges we face.
Therefore as a part of the appreciation week we organized various activities including theme special lunch, dinners, games, talent hunt, cultural activities & dance competitions.
As a spirit to serve activity we are collecting clothes and would be donating it to a charitable trust next week.
The entire Management team welcomed the associates to work and made them feel special and thanked them.
The highlight was the General Manager and all the Heads of Departments personally icing muffins for the associate’s saying – THANK YOU.
We invited Pune’s fitness guru Mr.Tushar Ramanan to give some in-depth knowledge on fitness & nutrition. Looking at the current customer demands and hectic schedules we seldom look after our heath & diet.
Ladies were pampered via a makeover session by Lakme professionals courtesy Lifestyle.
We also had a stress management and meditation session organized by Prudent.
A week long celebration with fond memories ,stronger bonds and further motivated associates.
Our General Manger Mr. Vineet Mishra believes in taking utmost care of our associates without whom we can’t spell success.
