COLOR FILLED DAY WITH SAYALI BHAGAT and MEIYANG CHANG at COUNTRY CLUB’s RANG BARSE 2013 DRY HOLI CELEBRATION
Country Club has always taken great efforts to make festivals a special affair for its members. This year too Country Club’s Rang Barse 2013 saw celebrities such as Bollywood Actress Sayali Bhagat and Singer Meiyang Chang celebrating this colorful festival with CCIL members at the Andheri Country Club.
Bollywood actress Sayali Bhagat and Singer Meiyang Chang played holi with the CCIL members while grooving to peppy HOLI song. Because of the ongoing water shortages in the state, CCIL made sure that only dry colors and no water be used.
CCIL chairman Mr. Y Rajeev Reddy says ‘India is a country of festivals and we at CCIL love any reason to celebrate with our members. I love when all our members come together to celebrate under one roof. It makes us all feel part of one big family”, He adds, “Lately our state has been suffering from a lot of water shortages. So many parts of interior parts of Maharashtra are drought stricken. Hence, we made sure that there was no further water wastage and celebrated a Dry Holi at Rang Barse 2013.”
Sayali Bhagat says, ‘I love playing with colors and holi is always been one of my favorite festivals.” When asked about her experience of Holi with CCIL members she adds ‘it was fun celebrating holi with CCIL, it feels like home.
Meiyang Chang commented, ‘I am always thrilled to be a part of Country Club celebrations. It was a fun filled Holi for me and I was glad that we celebrated a Dry Holi as I wanted to do my bit towards the saving water and not wasting it.”
