British Airways BOTler launch to serve airline’s global ‘London for Less’ campaign


The Facebook BOT will act as a personal online butler, offering customers insider tips and more as part of the airline’s global winter campaign

New Delhi,   British Airways has launched its new British Airways BOTler, a personal Facebook Messenger BOT that serves customers with a ‘best of the best’ guide to travelling to London this winter.

In highlighting numerous reasons to visit the UK capital this winter season, the British Airways BOTler will offer live updates on exclusive deals and personalised recommendations on top attractions and experiences tailored for individual users. Designed to add value to Indian residents flying to London in December and the coming months, the British Airways BOTler is part of ‘London for Less’ – the airline’s special fare-led, global winter campaign.

Exclusive British Airways BOTler deals include luxury for less stays at the Rosewood London, which is offering 30 percent discount on hotel bookings during a fixed travel period. Passengers presenting their boarding passes also receive up to 60 per cent off at Biscester Village and a VIP Pass and discounts at Westfield London.

Indian travellers can enjoy ‘London for Less’ this winter with return flights starting from as little as all-inclusive fare of INR 39,304 for travel from Mumbai and INR 40,558 for travel from Delhi on all tickets purchased between 25 November 2016 to 1 December 2016. The special fares are available for a 10-week travel period between 16 January 2017 and 30 March 2017.
