Prashant Chaudhri’s newest Italian restaurant launched in Juhu to three high-profile birthday celebrations – Minakshi Chaudhri, Raj Kaushal and Jitu Savlani!

Mumbai,  Tuesday night witnessed the launch of restaurateur Prashant Chaudhri’s latest fine-dining Italian restaurant – Lé Mangii, in the posh neighborhood of Juhu. The merriment was multiplied as the evening witnessed three spectacular birthday celebrations; that of restaurateur Prashant’s wife – Minakshi Chaudhri, Director-Producer Raj Kaushal and ace photographer – Jitu Savlani. Friends and family joined in to cheer Prashant on another successful venture, this being the fourth launch in the Café Mangii chain in a short span of time across 3 cities.

The gala launch party was attended by illustrious personalities from Mumbai’s corporate & social circles.

Well-known celebrities like Ekta Kapoor, Sonu Niigam, Shaan and Radhika, Ashutosh Gowariker, Mandira Bedi, Arya Babbar, Udita Goswami, Sudanshu Pandey, Roshan & Shaheen Abbas, Narayani Shastri, Vikas Bhalla, Urvashi Dholakia, Prahlad Kakkar, Vrinda Parekh.

Chetan Bhagat and Mansi Roy among others graced the occasion with the presence.

 

The guests arrived at Lé Mangii to be greeted with Limoncello shots! Already kicked with the great welcome, guests were seen in their best mood as they indulged in the delectable Italian flavors of Lé Mangii.

Platters serving Cilantro chicken with jalapeno dip, Harissa tossed prawns, Artichoke hearts & fish mousse on crispy melba toast, Lamb & Ginger skewers in teriyaki sauce, Chicken satay with peanut butter sauce, Salmon Mousse on Crackers, Chicken & leek mini quiche and Semolina crusted fish cakes with cocktail sauce, made rounds amidst lively tête-à-tête. For the vegetarians, the menu offered Goat Cheese stuffed Mushroom with roasted Pine nuts, Bruschetta –Mushroom & caramelized onion & figs, Arancini di Risso, Corn & potato fritter with sundried tomato dip, Jalapeno Poppers, Falafal with hummus and Spinach & ricotta mini quiche. Though the guests thoroughly feasted on everything Italiano, the Handcrafted Napolitana wood-fired oven pizzas were the undisputable popular favorite of the evening! To end things in style, the party had a luscious spread of lip smacking desserts like Baked New York Cheesecake, Tiramisu, Warm Fudgy Walnut Brownies and mouth-watering chocolate mousse!

Lé Mangii, from the house of Café Mangii, opened its doors to the posh neighbourhood of Juhu in a true style! Juhu is known for its food loving folk, and as expected, Lé Mangii received a very wholehearted welcome! Well-known for its hand-crafted Napolitana wood-fired oven pizzas, the guests were spotted basking in the magnificence of Italian cuisine enjoying every bit of what was served.

Lé Mangii’s menu boasts of some of the best Italian appetizers, cocktails and mocktails, choice of delicious al dante pastas cooked to perfection, mouth-watering desserts and aromatic coffees to offer a complete gastronomic experience!
