Bhushan Kumar’s upcoming Romantic Thriller ROY to be high on Music

Bhushan Kumar’s upcoming romantic thriller ROY has created quite a stir, the film which has been much anticipated by the industry as well as the fans, recently released their trailer. The trailer already crossed 3 million views on YouTube in just 3 days of its release following the first song ‘Sooraj Dooba Hai’ which was launched online on Friday and has become a party anthem.

The trailer featuring Ranbir Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Jacqueline Fernandes received a thumbs up from the media and the curiosity level amongst people has increased to know more about this intriguing film.

The first song from the film Sooraj Dooba Hai recently released is a sun down number is the new party anthem for the season.

After giving us several musical hits like Aashiqui 2, Yaariyan, ROY is said to be another feather in this renowned company’s hat. Sooraj Dooba Hai is catchy, groovy and has been composed by Amaal Mallik & sung by Arijit Singh and Aditi Singh Sharma, after that the second song Tu Hai Ki Nahi sung and composed by Ankit Tiwari featuring Ranbir Kapoor takes you to another level!! If the first song was a party number their second track Tu Hai Ki Nahi is soulful, it takes you into deep thoughts and is song where you can celebrate life. In yet another track we will see the hot Jacqueline pulling up her socks and dancing to the tunes of Chittiyan Kallaiyan. There are other love songs like Boond Boond and soft number Yaara.

When quizzed T-Series head honcho Bhushan Kumar he said “We have received a fabulous response on the theatrical trailer and the first song Sooraj Dooba Hai. It’s turned into a party anthem for the season. The rest of the songs from the album has an individuality of its own and helps the story go forward. The trailer helped us build enough curiosity on the characters each actor plays. Where Arjun is seen in a role and look he has never tried before, Jacqueline plays a double role for the first time and both are poles apart. While Ranbir plays a dynamic title role and he is supportive to the film and Vicky. We want to use him sparingly in promotions to keep his role under wraps and the audience will see what it is when they watch the film.”

Well, we cannot wait to listen to another musical hit by T-Series!!

A T-Series Film, ROY Produced by Divya Khosla Kumar, Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar directed by Vikramjit Singh releases on 13th February, 2015.
