Balma Girl’s Christmas Celebration
“India is a home to me,” she beams. “I love being here and so I am here!” she adds. Claudia Ciesla the Balma girl of B- Town couldn’t stop praising the soil that has loved her so much. With Balma going super hit Claudia couldn’t have asked for more. With Christmas just days away she agrees that this Christmas is more special for her. “Balma has made the festive season very special for me!”
Claudia will be celebrating this Christmas with her close friends. “I will dine with them.” But there is a hint of home sickness. “Back at home, since I have a joint family, my mom and granny would cook the traditional food, while we kids would lay dishes, decorate house and wait eagerly for the first star to strike the night sky. We would be fasting and would have our dinner only after we have seen the first night star. After which we would go looking for our Christmas gifts.”
How different is Indian Christmas and Christmas at home, to which she says, “India is definitely a home to me but in Germany where my parents live we follow traditions which are very distinctly followed here.”
With Balma, Claudia has made a mark in Bollywood, she has enthralled the Punjabi film industry and will soon entrance the South yet the mark she has made with her selfless and social attitude is commendable and highly appreciated.
