Ayushmann Khurrana is the ‘Most Disruptive Brand in India!’ – International Advertising Association (IAA)
Bollywood star Ayushmann Khurrana, who has just delivered a hit with Dream Girl 2, has been honoured by the International Advertising Association (IAA) as the ‘Most Disruptive Brand in India’!
Ayushmann reacts to this recognition saying, “It feels amazing to have a hit film and also be felicitated with ‘The Most Disruptive Brand in the Entertainment Industry Award’! It is truly humbling because walking the road less traveled was not easy, at all! Being accepted as a disruptive voice in creative arts is a big validation for me!”
Ayushmann thanks the people of India for their unflinching trust in him to deliver path-breaking content.
He says, “When I started my journey as an actor, there were a handful of people who believed in me. Today, I have so many of my countrymen to thank for showering me with love, for believing in me and for encouraging me to make my mark and that too on my own terms! I thank the film-makers who have punted on me. Their faith in me has made me who I’m today. I will continue to do just that in the years to come!”
Ayushmann has also been voted as one of the ‘Most Influential People of the World’ by the prestigious TIME Magazine for his disruptive brand of cinema that trigger conversations on inclusivity. He is also the most endearing and relatable youth icon, as per a research report by the Indian Institute of Human Brands (IIHB).
