Although she doesn’t belong to the legacy of dramatic thespians, Ishita brushed up her acting skills in Himesh Reshammiya film- Aap Kaa Surroor as a child artist. Hailing from Pune, Ishita Chauhan metDirector & Producer Anil Sharma two years back when the Gadar director was extremely impressed with her persona.
Post auditioning over 4000 girls to be Utkarsh Sharma heroine in the film “Genius”, Director & Producer Anil Sharma took notice of Ishita’s acting talent ,innocence and impressive screen presence & signed her for “Genius”.
Ishita’s faith in her director & a good script above all else stands vindicated which is why there were no second thoughts to be Anil Sharma’s heroine. In order to train her for her role opposite Utkarsh Sharma in “Genius”, Anil Sharma did acting & dance workshops to get her in the character. As per Anil Sharma, Ishita brings on board spunk, innocence and a likeable persona.
