Ajay Devgan’s Son of Sardar would be a huge success, says Rituparna Sengupta !

So after the stunning portrayal of a reporter’s role in Dil To Bachha Hai Ji opposite Ajay Devgan, Rituparna is all set to act on the sets of Dard-E-Disco as a Lead actress opposite Akshay Kapoor and the famous singer-turned-actor Bappi Lahiri. “Bapi Da is like a family, a brother, a person whom I adore and respect for what he is today. And it was an immense pleasure to share the sets with one of the most saluted music director of the nation. I did learn a lot working with Bappi da and I look forward to an enduring relationship with him,” said Rituparna.
The award winning actress who has worked with stalwarts like Aparna Sen and Madhur Bhandarkar has shifted her entire base in Mumbai. “Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji was a unique film, where I shared a very comfortable space playing the role of Ajay Devgan’s wife. To work with Madhur Bhandarkar is to express the true talent as an actress where you actually get a unique space where you get a podium to play the character you are portraying in the film” added Rituparna.
The actress wishes Ajay Devgan for his upcoming film Son of Sardar that is about to release in November. “Ajay was a great co-actor from whom I have learnt a lot, working beside him was a great experience. I can say that his Son of Sardar will be a huge success,” predicts Rituparna.
