Former Miss India, super model turned actor and now entrepreneur Pooja Batra recently was roped in North America to endorse Royal Challenge under The United Breweries (UB) Group, a leading liquor company in India.
The Company introduced three spirit brands at the largest liquor convention in the world, the Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA) Conference, which took place in Las Vegas from April 2 to 5, 2012. Spirit connoisseurs got their first taste of Royal Challenge Whisky, Romanov Vodka, and Antiquity Whisky, which are currently available at select liquor stores in New York, New Jersey, and Chicago.
Batra has acted in more than 20 Bollywood and Hollywood films, garnering major accolades for her cinematic performances. Batra now runs a multi – media Production Company called Glowbell Inc.
“As an army brat, I grew up with Royal Challenge Whisky around our home because it still is my father’s drink of choice,” said Pooja. “Given that this is a premium product sold at a fraction of the price, the timing to launch this brand in the U.S. could not be more perfect. I’m certain that people of my generation will enjoy this spirit as much as the generation before us.”

Pooja Batra will soon be seen in as the lead in a hollywood production which will release by end of this year.
