DESIGNER ROHIT VERMA ANNOUNCED HIS NEXT COLLECTION TITLED ” MAHA KUMBH COLLECTION”
Collection was showcase on 11th August, 2017 in Ludhiana.

The event commenced with Designer Ruby Mago’s collection showcase followed by Rohit Verma‘s grand finale “Maha Kumbh” collection.

Designer Rohit Verma who has always surprised people with his creative & unique collections introduced a line of collections for men and women inspired by the very famous Maha Khumb Mela. Verma will give the traditional drapes a modern and structured outlook in contemporary clothing “Fashion has to address our time and our lives. I like the reality”
The collection featured dresses with interesting drapes and folds, saris wrapped in unique styles, palazzo pants with dupatta-like wraps, kalidar kurtas, draped jersey skirts, and jackets. There were dhotis for men worn with jackets, kurtas, and dupattas. The collection was in black, saffron, marigold, aubergine, orange, red and pink.
Giving more light on his Maha Khumb collections Rohit says“People in India are very spiritual if you closely observe women their look, the ornaments they wear are largely inspired by goddess Parvati or Durga. I wanted to replicate our very own culture through my collections and what better than our very ancient Maha Khumb mela which is on since ages in our country. I want people to relate to my collection. I am sure people will love it and enjoy wearing it.”
“Orange and red are the colors widely been used since they are considered as spiritual colors. Godly words like OM, Hare Hare are a part of my print designs. Since the inspiration of my designs are Maha Kumbh based so mostly it has depicted godly signs and symbols.” he adds further
International fashion designer Rohit Verma has entered into a tie-up with Suriti Agnihotri Verma, an entrepreneur from Ludhiana, to launch The E W Company , a luxury wedding planning company in the city.The company will organize conceptualize weddings. The services would include costume designing for friends and relatives, complete entertainment services, holiday packages and post wedding ceremonies, the ace designer added.
