Half Girl Friend’s pre-release buzz gave the film an edge on its opening day- taking collections to an impressive 10.27cr.
While the film has solidly held onto its audience on the second day, the film has already clocked a whooping non-theatrical deal for music, satellite, digital and overseas rights, at 36crores!
While the Cost of Production and P&A took the film to a landed cost of 50cr. With 36cr already garnered from pre-sales deals, the film needs to do a meagre 28cr to break even. Considering the opening number of 10.27 and the strong hold today, the producers have a winner in the offing.
