Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari delivers an inspirational speech at TEDx Bangalore Infosys!
Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari’s debut film, Nil Battey Sannata featuring Swara Bhaskar, which won huge critical acclaim, was recently invited by TEDx Bangalore Infosys.
The talented filmmaker, who graced the event as a speaker, discussed fluidity of dreams as a middle-class Indian woman director who also happens to be a responsible daughter, wife and mother and playing all roles with great aplomb.
Like her debut film, Nil Battey Sannata, which is an inspiring story of a maid taking up education to encourage her daughter to study, Ashwiny says, “If I could inspire one youngster to remove their self doubts and do what they want to, I would consider this a worthy effort. TEDx is a bridge between the speaker and audience.”
This year, Fluid 2016 event organisers made the program more inclusive with a packed itinerary that brought together theatre artists, musicians, story-tellers, technologists among many others under one roof.
The conclave, which took place at Infosys Convention Center on May 29, witnessed 15 remarkable personalities and leading thinkers from different backgrounds share their remarkable journey.
