It’s undesirable at times for actors working together to become very close friends, says Naseeruddin Shah
The brilliant actor Naseeruddin Shah, was out to promote his new release ‘Waiting’ appeared on a TV show ‘Yaar Mera Superstar’. The actor will be seen for the first time with the astounding actress Kalki Koechlin who accompanied him at the show where they had a light hearted chat.
When Kalki denied of having any deep conversations with the veteran actor, Naseeruddin said, “That’s the great thing about working with Kalki; one could keep silent and it’s not uncomfortable. There are not many people one can say that about. You feel at compulsion to say something all the time and I don’t like talkative people. I don’t like talking too much myself and that was what was great about it.
He adds, “This whole business of having good chemistry is a question everybody asks, is basically having a regard for each other. That’s all that it’s about. And I don’t think it’s necessary, in fact, at times it’s undesirable for actors working together to become very close friends. It’s not necessary and at times, it gets in the way of working.”
The trailers of the film are catching on with the audiences and with such a stature of actors, the film is promising. The movie releases on May 27, 2016.
