STAR PLUS CELEBRATES HINDI DIWAS WITH #ह_से_हिन्दी ON TWITTER
Leading TV personalities Deepika Singh, Divyanka Tripathi, Remo Dsouza, Manasi Parekh and many more participate in Star Plus’ unique campaign on Twitter
Propagating the use of Hindi language, Hindi GEC Star Plus is all set to celebrate the occasion of Hindi Diwas on Twitter by rolling out the #ह_से_हिन्दी campaign. Starting September 14, Star Plus will be seen regularly tweeting in the Hindi language as part of this unique campaign. As part of the campaign, the channel engaged with its audiences in Hindi on Twitter with participation from most of its leading actors to promote the initiative.
On September 13, the channel kick-started the campaign on Twitter changing the name of its official Twitter handle from @StarPlus to स्टार प्लस. The channel was seen reaching out to its fans tweeting in Hindi with the #ह_से_हिन्दी hashtag, with fans across the country conversing on the platform using the hashtag. The channel was also seen sharing some interesting facts about Hindi to further build on the celebration.
Leading actors of the channel were seen participating in this unique campaign, conversing in Hindi with their fans on Twitter. Actors including Priyanshu Jora, Sonia Balani, Deepika Singh, Divyanka Tripathi, Rohan Mehra, Pearl Puri, Asmita Sood, Hiba Nawab. Dhruv Bhandari, Namit Das, Remo Dsouza, Shakti Mohan, Dharmesh, Raghav Juyal, Sumeet Nagadev and Manasi Parekh were seen in support of Star Plus’ innovative Hindi Diwas celebration on Twitter, sharing their favourite word in #ह_से_हिन्दी.
Engaging innovatively with its audience, Star Plus also tweeted out character posts with the hashtag #ह_से_हिन्दी and the best word associated with its lead protagonists in Hindi. With this Tweet, users were asked to share the best word they associated with in relation to their favorite characters in Hindi using the same hashtag. Users were seen emerging with innovative words for various TV stars.
