It’s raining awards for Sonam Kapoor !

Actress and International Fashion icon Sonam Kapoor who was recently celebrated at the Cannes Film Festival redefined fashion in the country ever since she made her acting debut –

The style icon ,after topping  almost every fashion list in the country has also been a lucky mascot to actors she’s worked with ,the same proving true for heartthrob Fawad Khan as he made his big Bollywood debut with Khoobsurat.

With the success of Khoobsurat, the industry was all praise for Sonam’s acting prowess as she made for the perfect Disney Girl in the country’s first official Disney rom-com.Hence it came as no surprise when the actress entered the HELLO! Hall of Fame and was awarded “Entertainer of the Year” by the high fashion and lifestyle magazine for her incredible performance in Khoobsurat and for representing the country on the global map. Its raining awards for Sonam Kapoor, as she recently won her second award this season and was awarded “The Best Actress in a Rom-Com ” at the Stardust Awards 2014.

Says Sonam Kapoor, ” Im really excited to receive the award and happy that all my hardwork has paid off!”.

The actress now has an exciting year ahead with Arbaaz Khan’s Dolly Ki Doli where she plays a runaway bride in the comic-caper ,Sooraj Bharjatya’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo opposite superstar Salman Khan and Battle For Bittora.
