Bloomberg TV India launches ‘Tracking the Recovery – Real Estate’ ~A reality check on India’s Real Estate.
Bloomberg TV India, the country’s leading English business news channel, launches a first-of-its-kind show – Tracking the Recovery – Real Estate, that will put the spotlight on the challenges faced by the real estate sector, highlight growth triggers and map its road to recovery. It will also analyze and rank India’s most successful real estate firms.
The real estate sector is a critical driver of India’s economic growth. With unsold properties, increasing number of stalled projects and a soaring debt of over Rs.30,000 crores recorded for India’s top five real estate firms; the sector has been sailing in turbulent waters over the past few years. Will the sector be back from the brink? How can it overcome these roadblocks? When will the balance sheets clear and reflect positive gains? The show will engage the industry’s biggest thought leaders in a series of exclusive panel discussions, as they analyze the growth triggers and focus on Real Estate’s road to recovery.
