One of the industry’s most successful and influential filmmakers and multiple Oscar winning director, Steven Spielberg unfolds a heartwarming tale for
all ages in his upcoming filmWar Horse, that has bagged 6 Oscar Nominations including that of Best Picture.

month later he had already started shooting it, clearly indicating his passion towards this project.
Says Spielberg,“When my wife and I flew to London and we got a chance to see War Horse for the first time, that sealed the deal, as far as I was concerned. One of the things that attracted me to the story was the silent communication between Man and Animal”War Horse
is the story of a miraculous horse named Joey and his trainer Albert set in World War I.
This DreamWorks and Reliance Entertainment film that releases in India on 10th February follows the extraordinary journey of the horse as he moves through the war, changing and inspiring lives of all those he meets—British cavalry, German soldiers, and a French farmer and his
granddaughter.
So touched was Spielberg by the play that he even cried while watching it.“The play made me cry. The hope that Joey brings to Albert and to every human character in the play, made me cry,” he admits candidly.
