World renowned Hair Stylist, Jas Jhally, addresses students and faculty of Blossom Kochhar College of Creative Arts & Design students and faculty
New Delhi, Blossom Kochhar College of Creative Arts & Design (BKCCAD), invited reputed international hairdresser and stylist Mr. Jas Jhally to demonstrate and teach some of the latest hair cutting and styling techniques to its students.
Mr. Jas Jhally has made an international career out of hairdressing, even putting his own trademark on a haircut called the Brooksie’s Bob, and with over two decades seminar and trade shows in Europe, America and Australia.
He often flies to the catwalks of Paris and Milan to style hair and has recently worked with the Miss India pageant.
Dr. Blossom Kochhar, Chairperson-Blossom Kochhar Group Of Companies stated: “Jas Jhally is renowned for his innovative cutting style and precision. I invited Jas Jhally into the college as I knew that his input and guidance would be incredibly valuable to the students. Visits by renowned artists keep the level of our course contemporary and aligned to the very latest trends and techniques.”
Ms Tooba Nassraty, one of the students training in Advanced Programme for Hair at BKCCAD, remarked,” The session with Mr. Jas Jhally was really inspiring. Such classes helps us in gaining experience and gives us an insight to the prevalent international trends”
Speaking of his visit Mr. Jas Jhally commented,” I found the students of BKCCAD portray a keen desire to learn. Their knowledge base is very sound and it was a pleasure to share some of my experiences with them. I truly believe that education is a journey, and not merely a destination. I have been fortunate enough to travel the world and have a successful career. This is the knowledge I want to pass on to the students and I am very impressed with what I have seen today.”
