92.7 BIG FM unveiles the Logo and jury for the 2nd edition of THE BIG TAMIL ENTERTAINMENT Awards

Chennai, India’s No 1 Radio Network and winner of Broadcaster of the year at Golden Mikes Awards 92.7 BIG FM today unveiled the Logo and Jury for the BIG Tamil Entertainment Awards 2013, the biggest celebration of Tamil entertainment in the country. This unique awards show extends an exclusive platform for the recognition and acknowledgement of the excellent and exceptional talent in the Tamil entertainment fraternity.
The jury for the 2nd edition of the BIG Tamil Entertainment awards consisted of actor, producer, director and writer Mr. Bhagyaraj, acclaimed yesteryears actor Mohan and actor Rohini.
The BIG Tamil Entertainment Awards brings together the biggest names and best entertainers across genres including Movies, Music, Dance, Theatre, Television and Sports. Giving the awards property itself a 360 degree approach, it not only recognizes the stars but also honors the people who help promote entertainment. Probably for the first time, awards will be presented for the Best Music Director for Re-recording category, Best Entertaining YouTube Video (Regional) among other categories.
The show will be promoted through an integrated and high-decibel marketing plan ranging from on-ground, television, and radio, digital enabling marketers to increase and maximize their brand visibility and target wider audiences for their products providing a long term presence in the market.
Ramco Super Grade Cement is the Title Sponsors this year for the BIG Tamil Entertainment Awards 2013, Ruby Builders are the Associate Sponsors, Studio Green have also come on board as the Vertical Sponsors. Commenting on the BIG Tamil Entertainment awards jury member Mr. Bhagyaraj said “I am really glad that BIG FM has requested me to be on the Jury this year. The line up for this year is really exciting and I am sure we will have hard time to select from the nominees.”
Commenting on the BIG Tamil Entertainment awards jury member Actor Rohini said “This will be the second time I am being called to be on the jury for the BIG Tamil Entertainment Awards and I am extremely happy to contribute my expertise in the field of music, dance and cinema. This year we have an incredible jury and I am very glad to be a part of it. It was really hard to choose one entertainer from the various nominees. I am pretty sure it is going to be harder with the nominees that we have this year and more categories as well.”
